Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy

Please make sure shipping and billing address matches to successfully process and fufill order. If orders do not have matching shipping and billing Information, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Due to garments being hand crafted for each individual, pre - orders processing time is 1-2 weeks.

Garments in stock processing time are 2-4 days.

Customized garments processing time is 2-3 weeks based on difficulty.

Standard Shipping time is 3-7 days.

Rush Shipping time is 1-2 days at extra cost indicated at checkout.

Shipping delays and orders lost in mail due to mail carrier are not our responsibility.

Policy

Thank you for shopping with House of Deluxious. We hope you are enjoying your garments, but if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly exchange the same item or provide store credit for your unworn/ unwashed garments within 7 days from the delivery time.

We do not offer refunds for custom items.

We do not accept cancellations or issue refunds once order starts processing.

We do not accept the following for returns:

Any sale priced items will not be accepted for store or exchange.

Items that are worn, washed, or altered including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains.

Items that do not include tags.
